How long we keep information

We keep your personal information for 10 years in correspondence with our 3 year guarantee policy, accounting processes, child safety regulations and for future correspondence initiated from yourself (e.g you wish to replace an blind you have already purchased from us. In this case we keep your contact details and order details). Banking details (card receipts) are kept for a maximum of 3 months.
